Effective July 8, 2026, eFiling is mandatory for CPSC-regulated products imported into the United States. Importers must include Certificate of Compliance data with shipping documentation. Affected products: children's toys, furniture, consumer electronics, apparel. Two methods available: full PGA message set (7 data elements) or abbreviated method for pre-registered products (3 data elements). Non-compliance may result in entry delays or shipment holds.
